We provide free estimates. Pricing depends on the property, access, surface condition, and scope of work.
An estimate based on photos or information supplied by a customer may require an on-site review. Any changes to the price or scope of work will be discussed with you before additional work begins.

Scheduling and Weather
Appointments are subject to availability. Weather, unsafe conditions, or unexpected delays may require rescheduling. We will contact you to arrange another appointment when needed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation fees must be disclosed and agreed upon when booking.

Cleaning Results and Existing Damage
Results vary based on the material, age, condition, and type of staining. Some stains, scratches, oxidation, and existing damage cannot be removed through cleaning.
Cleaning does not repair underlying structural problems unless those repairs are specifically included in the agreed work.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility imposed by applicable law.
Payment
Payment methods, due dates, and any deposit requirements will be stated in your estimate or service agreement.
Additional services require your approval and may carry an additional charge.

If you have concerns about completed work, contact us promptly with a description and photos when possible. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate response.
